Created in the UK, over a two-year collaboration between former Bliss spa-entrepreneur Marcia Kilgore, Biomechanist Dr. David Cook and a team of untiring footwear engineers, FitFlops were initially designed to help modern women squeeze a little more exercise into their increasingly hectic schedules."I thought, how amazing if I could invent something that would help fight the onset of cellulite while I'm walking to the office," says Kilgore. "I work. I have kids. I have a husband. And the likelihood of me seeing the inside of a gym in the next ten years is slim to none. That said, I'd obviously prefer to go with slim." comfortable sandals By Leonard
I was shopping for sandals for wearing long term. In the past I would buy off the shelf at local retailers, and generally those were OK for short term. Now expecting to wear them every day I wanted sometihng more comfortable.
My fiance suggested fitflops so I gave them a try. Not many styles or colors for men, but the comfort is definately there.
I would strongly suggest the DASS model for anyone wanting a sandal meant for lots of walking. Read about the sizing and don't assume it will be the same as your shoe size. After reading I ordered up and they fit perfectly.

love these! bought them a year ago and have nothing but good things to say. I have an issue with the left foot. Shattered heel five years ago. These are the most comfortable sandals I have ever worn and they have held up very well until I had to have surgery and simply wore out the right while in a cast on the left.
